1. Is this covered by my child’s NDIS plan?

Yes — if your child has funding for Early Childhood Intervention or Capacity Building (Improved Daily Living), this assessment is fully funded through their existing NDIS plan.

We recommend checking in with your plan manager to make sure. Alternatively, we can review your child's plan during our initial call and determine eligibility.

2. Do I need to pay anything out of pocket?

No. We only work with NDIS-funded families, and the full cost of the report is covered under the plan.

3. What is the cost?

Our OT FCA reports have an allocation of 16 NDIS intervention hours. Total cost is $3,103.84.

4. How fast can I get the report?

Reports are delivered within 7 days of your child’s appointment. If you're short on time, we can provide a summary document for urgent reviews.

5. Can you still help if my child’s review meeting is really soon?

Yes. We regularly work with tight deadlines and can book appointments quickly. If needed, we’ll provide an interim summary for your meeting while the full report is being finalised.

6. Do we have to attend in person?

No — all appointments are done via secure telehealth with a qualified paediatric Occupational Therapist. You can attend from your home, anywhere in Australia.

7. What kind of challenges can I compete in?

You'll start by choosing the kinds of rides you like to do (road, gravel, or mountain). Then, we'll show you individual and group challenges based on your preferences. You can always adjust your profile settings later.

Will I speak with the OT directly?

Yes. Your child’s appointment is conducted by a registered paediatric OT. You’ll also have a free 15-minute call with our team beforehand to answer your questions and book the right appointment.

7. Is this the same type of report the NDIS requires?

Yes — our Functional Capacity Assessments are fully aligned with NDIS requirements and designed specifically to support review meetings, plan renewals, or change of circumstances requests.

8. Can you help if I haven’t received my review letter yet?

Yes — we work with families who want to be prepared early or are expecting a review soon. It’s often better to be proactive and avoid the stress of last-minute prep.
